Natbot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Natbot platform ("Services") provided by Elvo Tech Solutions LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Company").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind any entity you represent.

2. License

Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Resell without authorization
  • Use the Services to train competing AI systems
  • Extract models or datasets

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions:

  • Are billed in advance
  • Automatically renew unless canceled
  • Authorize recurring charges

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Company may suspend Services for non-payment.

4. Credit Packs

Credits:

  • Have no monetary value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Are non-refundable once used
  • May expire if specified

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services for illegal activities, intellectual property violations, fraud, malware distribution, or providing unlicensed professional advice.

6. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The Services use artificial intelligence.

Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

The Services do not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all Output before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

Company retains all rights to the platform and underlying technology.

You retain ownership of your inputs.

To the extent permitted by law, Output is assigned to you, subject to compliance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Company for claims arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Illinois law.

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois.

12. Enterprise Agreements

If you enter into a separate Enterprise Agreement, that agreement shall control.
