  • Provide and improve Services
  • Process payments
  • Maintain security
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Service Providers and Subprocessors

We use third-party service providers and subprocessors to operate Nata AI and deliver the Services. These providers may process data on our behalf only as necessary to provide the requested functionality, maintain security, process payments, send emails, monitor system performance, and support our product operations.

Current providers may include:

  • Stripe (payments and billing)
  • Auth0 or Supabase (authentication and account access)
  • Microsoft Azure or Railway (hosting and infrastructure)
  • OpenAI (AI processing)
  • Groq (AI processing)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Axiom (logging and observability), if enabled

4. Google User Data and Disclosure

If you connect Google services to Nata AI, we may access Google user data only as necessary to provide the features you request, such as scheduling with Google Calendar or accessing user-selected Google Drive files, including Google Sheets files used inside the product.

We do not sell Google user data.

We may share, transfer, or disclose Google user data only in the following limited cases:

  • to the service providers and subprocessors described above, only as necessary to provide the functionality you requested;
  • when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;
  • to protect the security, integrity, rights, or safety of our users, customers, or services;
  • with your explicit direction or consent.

Google Workspace data obtained through Google APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models.

The use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your account and up to seven (7) years for compliance.

6. International Transfers

We may transfer data outside your jurisdiction with appropriate safeguards.

7. California Resident Rights

California residents may exercise rights of access, deletion, and disclosure under the CCPA.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures.
