This DPA forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Roles
Customer is Data Controller. Company is Data Processor.
2. Processing Scope
Company processes personal data solely to provide the Services.
3. Security Measures
Company implements:
- Encryption
- Access controls
- Secure infrastructure
4. Subprocessors
Company may use subprocessors including Stripe, Auth0, and Microsoft Azure.
5. Breach Notification
Company will notify Customer without undue delay upon discovery of a personal data breach.
6. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as necessary to provide Services and comply with law.
